Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your European fashion finds as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear and beachwear
  • Bodysuits and underwear
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Exceptions will be made for faulty items.

How to Return

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your return – Include all original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship your return to:

  5. Receive confirmation – We’ll email you once we process your return

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal) within 10 business days
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
