At Style Muse Sales, we want you to love your European contemporary fashion purchases as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached and unworn. Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Note: Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits, or underwear unless faulty.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Receive confirmation – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal) within 10 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges: Subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you via our standard shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Swimwear and beachwear
  • Bodysuits and underwear
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom-made items
